"Replacement, Return & Refund Policy"
IF YOU RETURN, SOLD ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR
RETURNS POLICY
Replacement Policy:
- We cover a 3 (Three) Days Replacement Guarantee
(except for intact boxes or packets) for physical products. It should be
within 03 Days from the delivery date.
- The replacement request must be raised within 24
hours of getting the delivery by our website, mobile app, or through the
customer care center.
- After you request to replace
it, we will provide you with a replacement ID for review. Then you must
send it to our address.
- All items to be returned or
exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original
tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
- Refunds/Replacements/Returns
for products are subject to inspection and checking by Nipun's Gallery
team.
- Replacement
delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at
our vendor & depot/warehouse.
Return Policy:
- You must check the product that we delivered through
our third-party courier service provider. If you found that we delivered
the wrong product, a defective product, products with missing parts, or
Incorrect content on the website, you may refuse to receive the product
from the delivery person and return it to us.
- Once you received the goods
you have no options to change or return the goods.
The return and
replacement must have the following conditions:
- The product must be
unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be
tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a
product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the
right to send it back to you.
- The product must
include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and
accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of our packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Refund Policy:
We don’t make any refunds for distorted or misused
products, after purchasing our products online/our store returning the product
after purchasing.
Cancellation on
order or refund after order confirmation (custom made) is not accepted:
Once you confirm an order, the payment must be done as per the
agreement of the current product price. We won’t be able to exchange, refund,
or accept any cancellations as the product is exclusively made for you.
